  • Will the dumpster damage my driveway or lawn during delivery or pickup?

  • In most cases, no—damage is very unlikely. Our trained drivers take great care when placing and removing dumpsters to minimize impact on your property.

  • For extra protection, we offer Driveway Service Protection at checkout. This optional add-on is designed to help protect your driveway from minor surface scratches or light wear.

  • If needed, we can also discuss the best placement area before delivery to help protect your driveway and lawn.

  • Can I keep the dumpster longer if I need more time to fill it?

  • Yes — no problem. If you need to keep your dumpster beyond the standard 4-day rental period, simply contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

  • Additional rental days are available for a daily extension fee.

  • Are there any materials I’m not allowed to throw in a residential dumpster?

  • Yes. While our dumpsters can handle most household and renovation debris, some items are restricted for safety and disposal reasons.

  • If you have questions about a specific material, call us anytime and we’ll gladly help you figure out what can and cannot go in the dumpster.

  • What size dumpster is best for home cleanouts or renovation projects?

  • Our 7-yard dumpsters are ideal for a wide range of residential projects, including garage or basement cleanouts, bathroom or kitchen renovations, and yard cleanup.

  • If you’re not sure if it’s the right size, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best option for your project.

  • Do I need a permit to place a dumpster on my driveway or street?

  • Usually, no permit is required for placement on private property, such as a driveway.

  • However, if the dumpster must be placed on a public street or city-controlled area, permit requirements may apply depending on the location and local regulations.

  • If you’re unsure, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help guide you based on your address and placement needs.

  • Are all your services available throughout the service area?

  • Yes. We provide our full range of services throughout our service area, making it convenient for homeowners, contractors, and property managers to get the support they need.

  • Can I request services outside of your normal service area?

  • Yes — while our listed service areas reflect our regular service routes, we do our best to accommodate projects outside of those areas whenever possible.

  • If you’re outside our normal service area, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to discuss your location and project needs.

  • Are there any additional charges for services provided outside the primary service area?

  • Yes — additional delivery or travel fees may apply depending on the location of your project or drop-off. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout or discussed with you in advance.
